Benefits in Action will help you find health insurance plans that meet your health care needs like OmniSalud through Connect for Health Colorado, or support you in enrolling in emergency Medicaid if you have recent emergency room bills.

About Benefits in Action:

  • Benefits in Action is a nonprofit organization located in Lakewood, Colorado that serves individuals throughout the state. We strive to increase understanding, access, and utilization of healthcare resources. Our team of navigators works with individuals to help them recognize the health-related benefits they qualify for, apply to those benefits, and utilize them as effectively as possible. We are passionate about the importance of increasing healthcare benefit literacy among the public. Accordingly, we organize and hold educational sessions in public facilities aimed to increase individual understanding and self-efficacy in navigating the healthcare system.

Center for African American Health

As an Enrollment Center for Connect for Health Colorado, our health enrollment program can assist with coverage options from Medicaid, Child Health Plan Plus, ACA Plans and Tax Credits, and OmniSalud, specifically for undocumented individuals and families.

Disability Support and Education Services-El Grupo Vida Colorado

El Grupo VIDA is a network of Hispanic/Latino parents formed to provide mutual support for people with disabilities or special needs, their parents, family, and guardians.
