Colorado Poverty Law Project

Colorado Poverty Law Project believes no one should experience homelessness for lack of housing justice. Our mission is to prevent homelessness through legal representation, education, and advocacy. We provide free legal advice and representation, legal clinics, know-your-rights trainings, a Mobile Home Initiative, young adult programs, and housing navigation. We also pursue systemic changes through policy and legislative advocacy at the state and local level. We serve anyone that qualifies for our services despite their legal status.

    • Pro-Bono legal represenation
    • Legal clinic every 3rd Wednesday of the month 4-6pm

Clients can obtain free legal advice at our clinics or free or reduced cost representation in court. The Justice Center also offers educational resources on family law, housing law, and immigration law.

The Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County is a nonprofit law firm providing direct legal assistance related to family-based immigration matters.

Bilingual Navigation & Immigration Legal Services- Alianza NORCO

Alianza NORCO provides free culturally-attuned, bilingual navigation services to undocumented immigrants. We currently guide clients through the SB251 Driver’s License process

Victim Assistance

APDC provides victims assistance and support to those who have witnessed a crime.

Low-cost Immigration Services – Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities represent clients in a variety of immigration processes, including U Visas, T Visas, VAWA, family petitions, consular processing, DACA, adjustment of status, green card renewals, and citizenship.
