Transitional housing for the most vulnerable in Colorado Springs

 

Ithaka houses some of our city’s most vulnerable residents, supporting them on their journey from homelessness toward stability and growth. Ithaka has supported low-income residents in Colorado Springs since 1981 and currently serve about 100 residents across thier properties. Ithaka provides supportive transitional housing for families, individuals, and seniors as they determine their own path toward the future.

Individual Transitional Program

The men’s group home offers private bedrooms and shared bathrooms, kitchen, living and common areas for those aged 25+ who are able and willing to work full-time. For people looking to recover from incarceration, substance use, mental illness, or homelessness. Please mail or email the application form to Ithaka’s front office if interested.

Senior Transitional Program

Private apartments for older adults and couples in need of stability to deal with health needs and to connect with community supports. Ithaka does not take direct applications for our Senior Program. Instead, we fill openings through referrals from community partners.

Family Transitional Program

Private units for adults with children exiting homelessness and looking to move toward housing stability and growth. Ithaka does not take direct applications for our Family Program. Instead, we fill openings through referrals from community partners.
