As an Enrollment Center for Connect for Health Colorado, our health enrollment program can assist with coverage options from Medicaid, Child Health Plan Plus, ACA Plans and Tax Credits, and OmniSalud, specifically for undocumented individuals and families.

Community members can get connected with different affordable healthcare plans through this program supported by Connect for Health Colorado®. We offer support, information, education, resources, and more to ensure the community has access to quality healthcare.

Connect for Health Colorado® is Colorado’s official health insurance marketplace and the only place to apply for financial help to reduce your monthly health insurance costs. The financial help you can get through Connect for Health Colorado to lower your monthly payment is called a Premium Tax Credit. Coloradans who qualify for financial help may also qualify for healthcare discounts, called cost-sharing reductions, that lower the amount you pay when you use your plan. Healthcare discounts are available on silver-level plans sold through Connect for Health Colorado.

Center for African American Health is a Connect for Health Colorado Enrollment Center in Denver with certified assisters to recommend a health insurance plan based on your specific needs, help you apply for financial help, and help you sign up for that plan. All health insurance plans sold through Connect or Health Colorado cover essential health benefits and you cannot be charged more or prevented from getting the care you need because of a pre-existing condition.

    Low-Cost and Free Screenings at Health Fairs
    Register online or walk in day of to receive affordable, high-quality health screenings of your choice.     Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking

    Colorado’s Human Trafficking Hotline is a 24/7 hotline and resource directory managed by the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking, a Colorado-based nonprofit organization. Colorado’s Human Trafficking Hotline is a survivor-informed resource created to connect individuals experiencing exploitation, individuals reporting potential human trafficking tips, and service providers in search of referral resources with available support services in a safe and anonymous manner.

    Benefits in Action – Dental Care

    If you are age 60+, have no dental coverage, and are low income and a Colorado resident, you may qualify for free or low-cost dental care.

    Disability Support and Education Services-El Grupo Vida Colorado

    El Grupo VIDA is a network of Hispanic/Latino parents formed to provide mutual support for people with disabilities or special needs, their parents, family, and guardians.

    Servicios is committed to continuing to provide the essential services to our community, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, creed, or documentation status. These programs include:

    Behavioral health resources including counseling, therapy, substance abuse counseling, and DUI levels I and II education.

    Aurora Mental Health & Recovery

    Aurora Mental Health & Recovery is a SAMHSA Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic offering services to address a wide range of mental health conditions. Individuals and families rely on us to help them cope with a variety of challenges. Our staff of physicians, nurses, psychologists, therapists, and peers works with all age groups, from children to seniors.

    Trauma & Disaster Recovery Clinic at DU

    The Trauma & Disaster Recovery Clinic (TDRC) provides psychological support to individuals and communities who have experienced stress, adversity and/or trauma. We utilize an integrative, need and strengths-based approach that is culturally informed. Our services are continually evaluated to ensure effectiveness and are not restricted by status.

    Grief Counseling Services- Judi’s House

    Judi’s House provides support to children and families grieving a death. Services are provided to youth ages 3 to 25, and their families at no charge.

    Mental & General Health Support Services

    La Cocina provides full access to traditional and nontraditional forms of mental health and health equity support services for the Latinx immigrant community.
