About Aurora Mental Health & Recovery

Aurora is the most diverse city in Colorado. Our residents include refugees and immigrants from around the world. To support their wellbeing, Aurora Mental Health & Recovery offers a range of services through the Colorado Refugee Wellness Center (CRWC), Trauma Resilience Youth Program (TRYP), and affiliate Asian Pacific Development Center (APDC).

Asian Pacific Development Center (APDC)

APDC provides behavioral health, adult education, youth programming, victim assistance, and interpretation/translation services, which are not limited to the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community.

Colorado Refugee Wellness Center (CRWC)

CRWC health navigators and mental health providers help to enhance wellbeing and address resource and social needs, along with coordinating care with medical and other service providers to ensure well-integrated care. We can also assist with transportation and other resources.

Trauma Resilience Youth Program (TRYP)

TRYP services include trauma screenings, treatment, and culturally responsive case management for children and families provided in various settings including schools, outpatient clinics, and in the community. We also provide wellness groups and cultural brokerage, all with an evidence-based trauma focus.
