MISSION
The mission of the CU Anschutz Medical Campus Undocumented Student Services is to advocate and serve DACA/ASSET, Mixed-Family Status, and Undocumented Students. Our office is dedicated to increasing access to health careers, supporting students in achieving their degrees, and creating an equitable educational environment. We do this by:
- Meeting with students one-on-one for personalized assistance regarding any challenges they may be facing in their ability to persist in college.
- Providing and coordinating programs, workshops, and events to support student needs AND educate the CU Anschutz community.
- Working with campus partners to remove barriers for success, such as application processes, financial aid applications, and registration processes.
- Furthering ways to increase funds in order to support Undocumented students through the CU DREAMers scholarship and continuous fundraising.
